The Rio Lago Cruise Company ticket office is located on the South shore of Tempe Town Lake in the Northeast corner of Tempe Beach Park (this is just west of the Mill Avenue Bridge). All boat operations are located at the ticket office on Tempe Town Lake.

To reach the Rio Lago Cruise Company boat operations from the East Valley, take Rio Salado Parkway West (past the Mill Avenue Bridge), turn right at the Ash Ave traffic light, then turn right at the 2nd driveway (about 100 yards) into the Tempe Beach Park Parking Lot. To reach Rio Lago Cruise Company boat operations from the Loop 202 Freeway, use Exit 6 (Center Parkway/Priest Drive):

• From the East Valley, stay to the right at the fork, merging onto Center Parkway, turn right onto Washington, turn right on Mill Avenue, turn right on Rio Salado Parkway, then turn right at the 2nd driveway (about 100 yards) into the Tempe Beach Park Parking Lot.
• From the West Valley, exit Priest Drive/Center Parkway, turn right onto Priest, left onto Rio Salado Parkway, through the light at Hardy, under the Rail Road Bridge, and left into the Tempe Beach Park Parking Lot.
